- - internal training for co-workers
- - participation in product and technological trainings and fairs
- Knowledge of painting processes, knowledge of painting equipment and technologies, knowledge of PU, Acrylic, Water-based solvent-based, UV, Polyester, Epoxy varnishes, general knowledge of wood and wood-based materials, basic commercial skills to cooperate with the customer
- Planning and organization of working time, attention to detail, communicativeness, cooperation, ability to analyze and draw conclusions, negotiation skills, ability to set priorities, perseverance in achieving goals
- Min 3 years of work in a similar position, working with varnishes and directly with the customer
- Driving license
