2D Animator (Character Animator)

• Animate characters and objects in Spine based on provided art assets.
• Collaborate with Animation Lead, Art, and Concept teams to identify and gather all assets needed for in-game animation.
• Learn how to easily integrate animation assets into the game without compromising artistic vision or exceeding technical constraints-by working closely with the R&D and Tech Art teams and attending regular meetings.
• Produce high-quality animations in a style consistent with SGH animation principles.
• Create animation files in accordance with established guidelines.
• Demonstrate basic skills in documenting work.
• Understand the game and be able to speak its language.
• Stay updated on animation trends and industry standards.

• 2+ years of experience in mobile game development.
• Advanced rigging skills in Spine.
• Strong 2D and pseudo-3D character animation skills (both humanoids and animals).
• Proficient in optimizing animations within mobile game development limitations.
• Confident Photoshop user is a plus.
• Unity and 3D experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of mobile game character and UI animation.
• Intermediate English proficiency: speaking and writing (all documentation and most communication in English).
