Job Description:NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a Production Manager in our Navigation+ department. They will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing a team of Analysts to ensure the Navigation database is maintained and developed to support the NAVBLUE business. They will communicate company goals and make sure an effective, efficient & quality service is provided and ensure all specifications and quality standards are met on time and in full.Main responsibilities :Lead a Navigation+ team cycle activities to ensure they are completed on time to the required standard by organizing and delegating activities.Support improvement project(s) through solution definition, implementation, deploymentLead a Navigation team / Support the Nav department for internal / external audits.Lead a Nav team occurrence management process.Support resolution of complex technical issues raised by internal/external customers.Awareness of sub-contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs.Manage performance, motivate, coach team members and provide feedback to develop talent within the team.Manage administrative tasks including overtime, holidays, sick leaves, training recordsSupport customer account managers and senior management on customer calls, visits, and projectsRecruit, onboard and train new team membersEducation :Required: Educated to degree level or equivalent experiencePreferred: Aviation degreeExperience :Required:

Proven experience in leadership and management
