- Analyze the effectiveness of customer acquisition and retention channels with a focus on performance optimization, attribution modeling, and user lifecycle (CAC, LTV, churn).
- Monitor key marketing metrics: conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), ROI, and other indicators across digital channels.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of interactive dashboards and regular reports (in Tableau) for marketing, product, and commercial teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaigns, channels, and customer segments — turning data into actionable insights and decisions.
- Build and model marketing data pipelines: data cleaning, KPI definition, and dataset preparation for various projects.
- Develop predictive models for LTV, churn risk detection, customer segmentation, and lookalike audience targeting.
- Participate in the planning and execution of A/B and multivariate testing, including experiment design, statistical analysis, and results documentation.
- Support the development of marketing attribution models, ROI evaluation, and expected campaign outcome modeling.
- Collaborate with teams to unify data and share best practices.
- Contribute to marketing innovation, including the use of AI/ML in personalization and forecasting.
- Over 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, product or performance analytics within iGaming, eCommerce, EdTech, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the user funnel, attribution models, and key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and churn.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and SQL (required); knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics (including GA4), Facebook Ads Manager, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Salesforce, and CDPs.
- Proficient in working with large datasets, identifying trends, interpreting results, and translating insights into actionable business decisions.
- Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests, with consideration of statistical significance and validity.
- Ability to present research findings in a clear, structured, and visually compelling way (including slide decks, reports, dashboards).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with analysts, marketers, and product managers.
