Installs production printers(ImagePress & VarioPrint) products and trains the customer’s operators.
Provides preventive maintenance to ensure OCE & Canon products perform optimal efficiency.
Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.
Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.
Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.
Manages tools and time in an efficient way.
Maintains a sufficient inventory of parts and materials for on-site service.
Works effectively in a small team · Identifies and communicates new sales opportunities

What we ask

Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.
Good interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written in Polish ( fluent ) and English.
Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical/mechanical/IT issues - preferably print industry related
Achieves customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Exercises proper reasoning and judgement.
Acts cost effectively.
Maintains a valid driver’s licence.
