Responsibilities
- Support the Office Supervisor in coordinating daily office operations;
- Manage office supplies stock, procurement, and deliveries;
- Prepare and process PRs/POs in PGT, validate vendor selection, and confirm invoices/receipts;
- Create accruals and provide monthly reports and analysis of operational purchases;
- Identify and report office infrastructure issues and follow up with technical support;
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and coordinating office space adjustments;
- Support coordination of internal events and catering logistics;
- Provide occasional backup to the Reception team (guest check-in, courier/post handling, document distribution);
- Cooperate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Facility Management to ensure effective workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred);
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proactive “can-do” attitude and problem-solving mindset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams); willingness to learn internal systems;
- Very good command of Polish and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in office coordination, facilities support, or procurement;
- Understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes;
- Experience in event or vendor coordination.
