Job Category: Sales OperationsJob Description:We are offering a paid, part time internship.We are looking for an individual with an open mind and strong analytical thinking skills to identify/discover and analyze business processes. This person should be proactive in seeking improvements, approach problem-solving with a solutions-oriented mindset, and possess a natural curiosity to uncover inefficiencies in ongoing operations.The candidate should also possess foundational coding skills or demonstrate a solid understanding of general IT concepts.Responsibilities:

Identifying potential automation opportunities with VBA, RPA, and other DN-used applications strategies.
Analyzing the current process.
Proposing the to-be process.
Preparing the automated flows in Power Automate.
Maintaining the existing automations.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including user requirements, training procedures, SOPs, overall system documentation, and training materials.

Qualifications:Required Qualifications

Experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in Business Process Improvement and Automation in Business Operations.
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
Able to demonstrate attention to detail and delivery to timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Conceptual knowledge of order management processes, ideally gained in a Retail or Banking product environment.
Demonstrated communication and relationship building skills.
Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Teams.
Experience in Power Automate or other automation tools (Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Nice etc.).
Basic coding skills and IT knowledge.

Nice to have:

Experience of working with data, driving analytics and reporting.
Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
