With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we connect consumers, businesses, financial institutions, and governments in over 200 countries and territories through our advanced processing networks.Currently we are looking for experienced Technology Leader with hands-on experience in Java Full-stack. The role covers both technical and project management areas. As a Tech Leader you will be responsible for building and mentoring the team as well as manage the project from operational end.Key responsibilities

Design, document and implement new systems, as well as enhancements and modifications to existing software with code that complies with design specifications and meets security and Java best practices.
Interact with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services that meet business requirements and expectations to maximize ROI while applying the latest available tools and technology and meet company objectives.
Have a passion for delivering zero defect code and be responsible for ensuring the team's deliverables meet or exceed business expectations
Be accountable for the end-to-end planning and execution of one or more projects and/or Agile teams
Identify opportunities for product innovation and strive for improvements to best practices, standards and processes
Responsible for overseeing the completion of requirement definitions, functional and technical specifications, architecture definition, database design, technical implementation, unit and integration testing of systems for product development and delivery
Lead scope, schedule, budget, risks, deployments and communications for programs and initiatives identified for this effort

This is a hybrid work opportunity, requiring attendance at the customer's office in Warsaw twice a week for team relationship-building purposes.Due to the nature of our work in the financial market, candidates will be subject to detailed background screening including education, employment history, and criminal record.Qualifications

9+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3+years of experience with a PhD
10+yrs of hands-on experience and deep knowledge in software product development (Java/J2EE, SOA based applications)3+ years of experience in designing/architectural horizontally scalable, multi-tenant SOA application
Proficient in implementing design patterns. Strong understanding of: Java, J2EE, RDBMS, NoSQL DB such as Cassandra, Mongo DB, Spring, Hibernate
Expertise with Spring, and Apache frameworks
Development experience in building Microservices, specifically with HTTP, REST, JSON and XML
Experience in containerization and container orchestration technology
Experience in developing and deploying components as docker containers is must
React / Redux experience is required
Experience in messaging system and distributed technology
Experience in deployment and distribution lifecycle with automated and scalable CI/CD infrastructure. Experience in GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Stash or such build automation tools
Deep knowledge of Agile framework (User Stories, Continuous Integration,

TDD, Continuous Delivery, Pairing, Automated Testing) * Previous experience with financial services/payments processing experience a big plus

Divides time between active coding related activities, design, coordination, mentoring, project management, and/or leading same
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Proficient in at least one agile project management tool: Rally, Jira, Version One, etc.
Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Decisive but inclusive decision making in a fast-paced environment
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus
A go-getter who is not overwhelmed by new technology, tight timelines, or parallel projects
Thrives in a fast-paced environment producing and supporting business services with tier 0 severity and flexible to work with distributed global teams and willing to support clients globally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills, and proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
