We are seeking a certified and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering complex, high-impact solutions for the investment banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, financial systems, and regulatory environments, and will be adept at managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesGuide Agile teams in applying Scrum principles and practices effectivelyCollaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog alignment with business and regulatory prioritiesRemove impediments and foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvementTrack and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) to senior stakeholdersEnsure timely delivery of features related to trading platforms, risk management systems, and compliance toolsCoordinate with QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure quality and scalabilitySupport Agile transformation and maturity across investment banking technology teamsEnsure adherence to financial regulations and internal audit requirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise software developmentStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Experience in investment banking or capital markets (e.g., trading systems, risk engines, regulatory reporting)Familiarity with financial compliance standards (e.g., MiFID II, Basel III, Dodd-Frank)Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOpsExcellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skillsCertified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) in financial servicesBackground in software engineering or technical project managementExposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)Understanding of risk management, data governance, and financial analytics
