
Customer Care Specialist with German

- Order management - performing various transactions in SAP: order booking, price & availability checks, billing, etc.
- Logistics - monitoring the complete delivery process (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier) and arranging special deliveries upon request.
- Returns management and device upgrades.
- Handling service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
- Daily use of the CRM tool (Salesforce) to register all incoming e-mails/phone calls from customers and sales reps.
- Performing various analyses and maintaining customer databases.
- Acting effectively to resolve different issues in cooperation with the supervisor/coordinator and other team members, when required.
- Languages: fluent German, English, and Polish.
- Higher education and strong analytical skills (Excel).
- Standard computer skills (including MS Office).
- IT literate and a fast learner.
- Experience in customer service in the medical industry; SAP and Salesforce skills will be an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure.
