You'll be at the forefront of managing risks and seizing opportunities, ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Commercial Project Managers, and Project Package Managers to drive impactful decision-making and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your proactive approach will be key in creating a positive and inclusive work environment, making a tangible difference in project outcomes.How You'll Make an Impact

Lead and implement risk management strategies for large-scale offshore wind projects.
Serve as the primary expert in risk and opportunity management, ensuring best practices are applied.
Engage with project managers to actively drive risk mitigation and capitalize on opportunities.
Influence and implement risk response strategies to enhance project value.
Prepare and present high-quality risk reports, driving actionable recommendations.

What You Bring

Educational background in Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related technical field.
Significant experience in managing project risks, ideally within offshore wind or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong ability to drive solutions and influence decision-makers.
Proven understanding of financial risk evaluation, including EMV calculations.
Experience in handling risk across multiple projects and reporting at the portfolio level.
