- Acting as a dedicated Account Manager responsible for overall relationship, growth, retention and customer support for a number of clients.
- Responsible for the optimization and smooth running of the clients overall screening program.
- Client Liaison – providing candidate/file and company specific information and
enquiries from customers * Building long term relationships with the assigned clients
- Maintain and improve client satisfaction and performance;
- Maintain up to date client documentation including Service Level Agreements
- Handling SLA reviews of their clients
- Communicating SLA changes to Service Deliver Teams
- Leading frequent Client meetings (face to face and/or conference calls)
- Conducting Client Trainings
- Generating reports and presentations
- Setting up and maintaining corporate operating systems with client specific
- Interdepartmental cooperation
- Liaising between Service Delivery teams and Client when additional
- Obtaining volume predictions from clients and feeding back to Operations
- Possesses a Bachelor Degree in Business with a minimum 3 years relevant account management experience. BGV industry experience preferred.
- Equipped with commercial awareness skills to understand market trends and what is happening in the market
- Strong communication skills to communicate with all levels of management with diplomacy, tact and discretion.
- Ability to demonstrate influencing skills to implement new ideas and upsell with existing client base.
- Ability to project manage and meet deadlines; priorities, multitask and manage own and others time effectively
- Identifies ideas and opportunities and makes them happen
- Good Computer Literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to travel at short notice to meet client needs where necessary
- Building relationships with senior level contacts within client accounts.
