*Design and implement target business processes aligned with industry best practices.
*Streamline production costing and cost of goods manufactured (COGM), including materials, labor, and overheads.
*Improve material flow across the value chain - from purchasing through production to finished goods warehousing.
*Collaborate closely with the IT team on the development and enhancement of ERP and WMS systems.
*Design data structures and data sources for Power BI reports (KPIs, OEE, cost analysis, production, inventory levels).
*Participate in development projects, system implementations, testing, and end-user training.
*Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.Requirements:*Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP systems in manufacturing and/or logistics companies.
*Hands-on experience in areas such as production, planning, logistics, controlling, cost of goods manufactured (COGM), production settlement, WIP inventory, and WMS.
*Strong ability to analyze and optimize business processes (knowledge of BPMN or other process modeling methodologies is a plus).
*Solid understanding of the relationship between business processes and data (data lifecycle in ERP/WMS systems).
*Knowledge of management accounting principles and production cost calculation.
*Proven experience working with both IT teams and end-users.
*Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel Power Pivot).
*Willingness to work in a project-based environment with an end-to-end mindset.
