Head of Finance CEE

• Act as a key partner to the business teams, particularly in capital allocation and strategic decision-making processes
• Collaborate closely with General Managers, Senior Operations Managers and other stakeholders to align financial strategies with business goals
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across the CEE region
• Develop and implement financial processes, tools, and systems that enhance operational efficiency and support business needs
• Take a hands-on approach in addressing real business challenges, ensuring that financial strategies are effectively executed
• Oversee and manage financial operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with international standards and practices
• Navigate the complexities of an international organization, managing multiple stakeholders across different countries
