Job DescriptionAs a Continuous Improvement Expert, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements across various departments. Your goal will be to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement techniques and best practices.
Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for improvement efforts.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience on similar position
Proven experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing process optimization.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
Fluent in English and Polish
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with implementation of AI solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
