Among its activities, Unit8 dedicates a part of its resources and time on projects that deeply matter to us - that includes collaboration on pro-bono and “engineering for good” cases.RequirementsAre You a team member we are looking for?The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven background in financial disciplines, such as economics, finance and accounting or management, supported by at least two years of professional experience in finance-related roles. Having excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail is necessary.You have:

Higher education in financial fields (economics, finance and accounting, management),
Minimum 2 years of experience working in Finance/Controlling/FP&A/Reporting
Very good knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power BI tool as a plus
Highly developed analytical skills, attention to details and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Optimism and “can do” attitude
High energy, growth mindset and openness to learning
High level of English to communicate with our global team
Willingness to operate as a sole trader in Poland

What will you do?In this dynamic role you will be supporting our finance processes through a variety of activities:

drive the execution of month-end closing tasks, focusing primarily on management reporting, allocation of cost to cost-center and more
preparing various periodic reports such as sales reports, travel expenses reports
preparing ad hoc data and reports as needed
participation in the development of new analytical tools for making business decisions
development and automation of reporting and forecasting tools used by the company
