- Provide advanced 2nd line technical support to end-users and customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person;
- Install and configure hardware and software;
- Support the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes;
- Prioritize and resolving service requests and incidents efficiently in a ticketing system meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements);
- Maintaining and tracking of IT assets;
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for common technical issues and solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base;
- Collaborate with other IT teams and specialists to tackle technical problems and projects;
- Assist in important meetings (PC, Audio Video setups) as needed;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support and share knowledge with the team.
- Around 2 years of experience as an IT support specialist or in a similar position
- Languages: English min. B1 and Polish min. C1
- Ability to provide technical support and resolve IT issues
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Open and helpful attitude
- Interpersonal and communication skills.

- Develop financial planning & analysis to help Segment & Clusters frame, monitor and achieve their business objectives
- Reinforce Segment & Clusters decision making by bringing the relevant strategic, financial & business perspectives
- Promote and drive value creation initiatives across the different functions
- Ensure fair allocation of financial resources between business stakeholders
- Set up a transparent business environment, in compliance with internal & external financial standards & procedures
