Talent Acquisition Lead (French-speaking)Your responsibilitiesYour role in a nutshell:As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead you will be engaged on assisting in the development and execution of regional strategies to attract, engage and hire diverse talent.Focused primarily on experienced hiring across EMEA, with a specific focus on France & Benelux, you will lead recruitment activities from inception to completion, providing a great hiring manager candidate experience that enhances Newell Brands’ reputation as an employer of choice. You will also partner closely with the France & Benelux commercial leadership team, using real-time data and market insights to drive recruitment decisions and strategy.Key responsibilities:

Managing full life-cycle recruitment of the recruiting process to include (but not limited to) research/sourcing, hiring manager engagement, posting inclusive job adverts, pre-screening/ interviewing, and offer negotiations.

Building productive partnerships with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, hiring managers and external partners.

Acting as a Talent Brand Ambassador, providing timely, actionable and constructive feedback to candidates.

Partnering with, and guiding, Business Leaders, Managers and colleagues in best practice recruitment

Mentoring more junior TA colleagues when required

Our requirementsEssential:

Fluent in both French (C1) and English (C1)

Proven background in in-house recruitment (including in the French market), ideally in an FMCG environment

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Interpersonal skills, building effective working relationships including with senior leaders

Ability to produce desired outcomes within tight timeframes

Strong planning & organisational skills; Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
