- Provide technical support (incident management & service request fulfillment) for multiple marketing and communications applications.
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Build scripts to help to automate and further develop post release verifications.
- Determine the reliability of our digital products, technology services, and the infrastructure that underpins them.
- Minimize the risk and impact of failures by engineering operational improvements, such as predictive monitoring, auto scaling or self-healing.
- In the Incident Management context, define, prepare and sign off the root-cause analysis for both Infrastructure and Applications Operations
- In the Problem Management context, identify problems and their relevant resolution as well as create and manage Request for Changes (RFAs).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Azure cloud solutions and administration, including Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and Azure Security Center.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint administration, including site collections, permissions, and content management.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, SQL Server, PowerShell, and M365.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Microsoft Azure Administration Certification (AZ-900 Certificate, AZ-104 Certificate) or Microsoft 365 Certification would be a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of the Power BI tools.
- Knowledge of Web Servers, especially IIS (Internet Information Services).
- Knowledge of MS Exchange.
- Knowledge of REACT and ASP.NET.
