What will you do?
- resolving customers' requests and responding to their questions
- processing complaints and returns
- delivering high-quality standard service
- providing information about the products
General expectations:
- good English, written and spoken (B2 is a minimum)
- very good Polish (min. B2)
- good communication and organizational skills
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- having an interest in helping people, being a tactful and polite person
- being a smart user of MS Office/Google Suite products
- a collaborative team player
- broadband connection or at least high-speed internet (this is a fully remote position)
- internet connection must be good enough for video calls
- based in Poland
- first three weeks working hours are 8 am - 4 pm
- availability at least 120 hours monthly (weekends excluded)
- optional experience in customer service
