- Lead sales activities across Industrial end-users, EPCs, OEMs, R&D, and Scientific OEMs
- Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with company strategy
- Maintain CRM and reporting systems; provide monthly forecasts and performance updates
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class customer support
- Ensure timely payments through close coordination with credit control
- Proven B2B sales experience and strong negotiation skills
- Technical background (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Willingness to travel extensively across the territory
