We are a growing fitness startup building sales software for gyms. Our mission is to help gyms increase revenue by making it easier for staff to connect with their customers.About the RoleYou will help build our backend from the ground up, working with APIs, integrations, and scalable systems. This role includes close collaboration with clients and the team to make the product reliable and user-friendly.What You’ll Do

Design and implement server-side logic and APIs.
Integrate with gym management systems.
Write clean, tested, and reliable code.
Work with customers to gather feedback and solve issues.
Collaborate with the team to build responsive, cost-effective solutions.
Occasionally travel in Europe to learn from gym staff workflows.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience with Node.js + TypeScript (backend development).
Experience with SQL databases (ideally PostgreSQL + Prisma).

Curious, fast learner, and team player.
Fluent English (C1 level).

Nice to Have

AWS services and Lambda.
Serverless experience.
