- Further penetration of Rockpanel in the Polish (and EE – Eastern Europe) project market;
- Proactive search for relevant potential projects and reach out in the regions/ country by using CRM system, websites, country relevant (project) databases and according to RP customer segmentation;
- Investigation and analysis of potential of projects by examining and filtering leads;
- Process all inbound leads via telephone and e-mail according to the Rockpanel leads process;
- Focus on outbound leads by cold calling (hunter);
- Addressing potential customer's follow-up questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and commercial terms;
- Perform administrative duties: keeping sales records, and filing reports in CRM, registration samples / brochure shipment.
- Bachelor degree commercially / technically oriented;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in building industry;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English;
- Experienced with CRM systems and MS-office;
- Quality orientation;
- Team work attitude;
- Customer orientation;
- Experience in remote sales via telephone (nice to have).
- An office-first approach: home office is available up to 2 days per week
