  • Be the trusted advisor, managing legal matters and risks in international business for Siemens Energy's Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization initiatives.
  • Proactively advise on and contribute to the rollout of new digital solutions, including cloud offerings, SaaS, and PaaS.
  • Engage in entrepreneurial thinking to balance governance and business needs, mastering business challenges.
  • Enhance our Legal department by optimizing processes and engaging cost-effectively with outside counsel when necessary.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, empowerment, transparency, and inclusion, collaborating closely within the global Legal and Compliance community.
What You Bring
  • Several years of professional experience in a legal department or law firm, with a focus on international projects and software solutions, and a law degree.
  • Proven track record in managing legal risks in complex transactions, with deep knowledge of contract law and international contract practices.
  • Expertise in IT and software laws, with practical experience in international software offerings.
  • Customer focused with a passion for enabling business transactions and inspiring change, capable of handling multiple demands.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with German language skills beneficial; other languages are an asset.
