We are looking for a person who will act as an assistant(s) for one of Krakow's businesses and will also support the day-to-day work of the communications team.Responsibilities:As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and editing content on internal and external communication channels (intranet, website, others)
- Creating and editing content in the newsletter
- Support and implementation of activities and events aimed at company employees.
- Supporting the social media team
- Supporting the communications team in its day-to-day work
- Editing texts in Polish and English
- Active student status (for at least 1-2 years)
- Professional experience in the communications field
- Knowledge of communication and media market trends and the ability to do research
- Experience in organising events
- Good organisational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
- Availability to work around 30 hours per week
- Availability to work from the office in Kraków (or hybrid)
- Positive energy, sense of humor, enthusiasm and proactive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fast and accurate with good attention to detail
- A head full of ideas and being open to challenges
