PL25/IC/SOFTENGWITHPORTUGUESEWe are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a global team developing distributed systems and cloud-native microservices. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise and good command of Portuguese and English, as you'll collaborate closely with teams in Lisbon.📍 Location: Remote from Poland

💰 Rate: 120-140 PLN/h net (B2B)

- Actively develop and enhance a suite of microservices with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and security.
- Clearly define and break down complex engineering challenges into actionable tasks.
- Decompose systems and interactions into well-defined, manageable components.
- Provide technical mentorship, support skill development, and foster growth within the team.
- Experience: 6-8+ years in software engineering, with hands-on expertise in distributed systems and cloud computing
- Proficiency in Java or Golang (Go) (both are beneficial)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s), Cloud Foundry, or similar container technologies
- Knowledge of OAuth2.0, IAM, cryptography, or other security protocols is a plus
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor/Master)
- Working proficiency in Portuguese and English (B2, written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability
- Long-term, stable project in an international environment
- Remote work from Poland with collaboration with Lisbon-based teams
- Competitive rate: 120-140 PLN/h net (B2B)
