Opportunity arise to join the fantastic team. This position is placed in Olsztyn within Liquidity & Investment Operations Department. The Cash & Trade Processing Intermediate Analyst is a role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research, conduct analyses, and resolve issues.Responsibilities:

Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis
Investigate and resolve identified causes of data errors
Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to make recommendations to senior management to support process improvement and automation
Work with multiple teams to develop, and execute automation testing
Design and analyze complex reports to support control activities
Establish and maintain close working relationship with technology support and with our internal customers to facilitate an open and direct communication of issues, needs, queries, in prompt and professional manner
Ensure awareness and full compliance of internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in finance
Analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail
Practical experience in preparing and delivering senior executive-level presentations, proficient Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP and formulas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to collaborate across multiple business lines and levels of management
Pro-active team player but also able to work independently
Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment
Capable of multitasking and eager to learn multiple products in a challenging conditions
