Job Description:Summary:A NAVBLUE Aeronautical Analyst - AIM is responsible for updating and maintaining our digital library of State-published aeronautical information and distributing it to relevant production teams for inclusion in our products. As a member of our AIM team, you will liaise with both internal stakeholders and worldwide aeronautical authorities, to ensure that the AIM library is accurate and complete.Main Responsibilities:Source, analyse and process state published aeronautical information in a timely manner in accordance with 28 day AIRAC cycleUpdate and maintain the digital library of documentationPerform quality checking processes on other team members entriesIdentify and record all discrepancies with documentation and liaise with state authorities for clarificationIdentify quality or non-conformance issue(s), escalate appropriately and perform corrective actions (with guidance)Respond efficiently and effectively with all day-to-day enquiries from external and internal customersLiaise with internal customers and external data providers to resolve data discrepanciesKnowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities & Competencies:Demonstrate professional attitude, motivation and enthusiasm towards day-to-day tasksShow willingness to learn and develop: be responsive and take action on positive and constructive feedback to improve personal performance whilst training and in productionCommunicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbally, within the team, department and externallyParticipate and demonstrate active listening skills in meetings and workshops as requestedCollaborate, share ideas and work effectively to achieve collective team goalsTake ownership of assigned tasks and ensure completenessBe quality focussed with good attention to detailAdhere to process and formulate sound decisions based on information presented, and understand when to ask for guidance in unclear situationsDemonstrate ability to manage workload independently and adhere to predetermined deadlinesEducation:Educated to ‘A’ Level or equivalentDegree in aviation related field is an assetExperience:Working with document management systems is an assetWorking with aeronautical publications/NOTAMs is an assetThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o.Employment Type: PermanentExperience Level: ProfessionalJob Family: Technical Data & Publications
