- Lead & Develop: Coach, mentor, and manage a team of 12 Field Account Managers across Poland to achieve peak performance.
- Be in the Field: Spend 2-3 days per week traveling to key cities, actively supporting your team during partner visits.
- Drive Strategy & Growth: Take ownership of the team's strategy, achieving revenue targets and other key performance indicators.
- Analyze the Market: Understand market opportunities and challenges to equip your team with the insights needed for success.
- Shape the Culture: Work with senior leadership to build a high-performing sales and account management culture.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing a sales or account management team (5+ members), preferably focused on partner development.
- Leadership: A natural and inspiring leader with a positive, persuasive personality who can motivate others.
- Languages: Excellent proficiency in both Polish and English.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Organization: Highly organized, tech-savvy, and skilled in reporting.
