Finance Coordinator

• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes; provide variance analysis and financial insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate audits with external auditors.
• Collaborate with various departments to support financial planning and business decisions
• Be directly involved in financial transactions, reporting
• Implement and improve internal controls and financial systems.
• Provide coordination between Management Team and professional corporate service provider firms.
• Cooperate with local external accounting/tax company and audit firm
• Be the contact person for local banks, develop relations with them
• Report and cooperate with Finance Manager in the headquarters (English)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in international accounting or auditing, preferably at one of the internationally known audit or financial advisory firms.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and reporting standards
• Strong knowledge of Polish tax laws and IFRS.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English
• Open to work in the office 3 days a week (hybrid work, 2 days home office)
