As a Regional Logistics Operations Lead within the team of EMEA Corporate Logistics you will be responsible for the management of all operational activities related to logistics network, logistics performance, as well as regional trade operations.Your RoleManage logistics operations for the RegionManage trade operations related to material flow within EMEA networkManage operations related to all intercontinental flows for the RegionMonitor logistics performance for the RegionMonitor logistic provider performance and actively work with logistics providers and Aptiv Teams to improve logistics performanceIdentify, develop and implement opportunities impacting performance metrics, efficiencies, costs and controls of the Logistics Supply Chain.Prepare guidelines and SOP related to the network operational managementWork with Aptiv Plant Teams and provide them with constant training and coachingSupport Aptiv Teams in case of escalations and performance issues with logistics service providersCooperation with various functions across companyYour BackgroundB.Sc and/or M.Sc degree, preferred in Supply Chain Management, LogisticsMinimum 5 years of experience working in the area of logistics operations or freight managementExcellent knowledge in Excel and other MS Office ProgramsExperience in customs regimes and documentationExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work under time pressureExcellent knowledge of English both verbal and in writtenKnowledge of Project Management tools and methodsExperience in working with dispersed Teams with various cultural and professional backgroundsWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
