
Account Manager with German

- Project management as the "right hand" of the Global Client Service Partner (GCSP)
- Close collaboration with the GCSP and the multidisciplinary and globally structured team on all customer-related sales and marketing activities, among others.
- Support in the preparation and submission of professional proposals and in the preparation of client meetings, as well as the identification and placement of EY services together with EY experts.
- Coordination of the internal account team and organization and follow-up of all administrative and strategic account tasks and processes, such as regular account team meetings or annual revenue planning.
- Promotion of the expansion of your own network of relationships with clients through regular customer satisfaction surveys and maintaining contact with the purchasing organization.
- Support in all other national and international initiatives for targeted market development to expand our business in Germany and worldwide
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong organizational, project management and customer service skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to manage processes and/or projects
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Experience in sales/marketing/business development
