Senior Salesforce Business AnalystYour future role:As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you are involved in all phases of the implementation project: Discovery, Design & Analysis, Build, Testing, and Go-Live, to varying extents.
- Bringing Salesforce out-of-the-box features knowledge to conversations with customers, highlighting such solutions in the design phase while evaluating the pros and cons of configuration versus customization, and proposing industry best practices,
- Helping to clean up, organize, and prioritize customer requirements, documenting them in a proper format with DoD, DoR, and AC, and leading customers through the process,
- Transforming gathered requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, and acceptance criteria,
- Creating and managing documentation (including Process Maps, User Journeys),
- Providing ongoing business support for technical teams during build and test,
- Possessing a strong understanding of business analysis processes, tools, approaches, and industry best practices,
- Working daily with BPMN diagrams and creating business journeys,
- Closely cooperating with the Client, Project Manager, and Development Team,
- Creating business processes which will be used as a basis for technical implementation,
- Preparing and leading customer workshops,
- Consulting and advising the Client in terms of best practices and Salesforce standards.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT System/Business Analyst or a Salesforce Consultant,
- Experience in documenting business processes and requirements,
- Great communication skills,
- Ability to transfer knowledge,
- Good analytical skills,
- Ability to work independently on the projects,
- Very Good level of English and Polish proficiency,
- Knowledge regarding IT system lifecycle,
- Problem solving attitude and quick learning,
- Open mind seeking for innovative solutions,
- Knowledge of BPMN notation.
- Knowledge of UML notation,
- Experience in working in Agile projects,
- Experience in working with enterprise-class CRM systems,
- Knowledge of relational database,
- Salesforce Trailhead Badges and/or Certificates.
