- Compose technical documents including user guides, manuals, bulletins, publications, training manuals, process documentation, workflows, contextual help, and special reports.
- Develop policies and guidelines for document format and style to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
- Provide Quality Assurance for all documents produced under the project/contract.
- Collaborate with staff to design formats, graphics, and layouts of publications; organize and coordinate the composition of material and drafting of forms for reproduction.
- Develop executive-level reports and briefings from strategy papers and analytical reports; synthesize key messages as required.
- Recommend and implement improvements and automation in documentation development for greater efficiency and quality.
- Manage document repositories, versions, and releases.
- Implement and maintain tools for development and management of technical documentation.
- Provide QA for software system interactions and messages intended for end users.
- Manage and maintain standard project vocabulary.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the ICT field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in an equivalent role.
- English at C1+ level (verbal and written).
- Experience in writing technical documentation in the ICT field, including requirements documents, project management documentation, user/system guides, and contextual online help.
- Thorough knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts.
- Ability to determine documentation needs based on continuous collaboration with users, designers, programmers, and engineers, with a strong understanding of the project and its products.
- Proficiency in graphical design, authoring, and office automation software.
- Experience in developing document management policies.
- Expertise in creating and delivering presentations and training.
- Ability to recommend and configure tools supporting documentation development and maintenance (e.g., WIKIs, MOSS, SharePoint).
- Understanding of software development technologies and their limitations.
- Ability to rapidly absorb technical information.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong capability to interface with programmers and translate technical input into clear documentation.
- Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools.
- Knowledge of technical documentation standards and frameworks.
- Exceptional collaborative skills and versatility across technologies and platforms.
- Rate: 100-130 PLN/h net + VAT
