- Assist is performing systems administration duties to support theater-wide program end-users.
- This includes configuration of equipment, trouble-shooting program local area networks (LANs) & wide area networks (WANs), and restoration of services as required.
- Assist in performing network monitoring and O&M support to sustain network readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree or AA with 2+ years of experience, or high school with 4 years of relevant experience.
- An active in scope Secret security clearance.
- DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 451 Certs: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to follow processes, procedures, and direction to support client needs.
- Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
- Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
- It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
