📢 Join our team as a Business Expert Data Scientist! 📢About the project:As Data Scientist you will work in an agile environment, connect and translate requirements from business side to team members (PO, Developers, AO, TPM). You will work with Polish and German colleagues. Your knowledge of banking products and fluent German will help us to create better products.The mission of the cluster Document Lifecycle (DL) is to enable a paperless bank. DL creates a globally consistent and complete Commerzbank archive and front-end infrastructure for document generation, scanning, electronic transport and archiving for bank and client. The cluster is responsible for a range of more than 70 applications.You will be responsible for 👇

Design, development and validation of machine learning models as part of data-driven and analytics-driven applications and services
Analysis of the quality of input and output data of models to ensure traceability, verifiability, robustness and resilience
Data-Analysis of the pipeline to resolve stakeholder- and team-problems and to enable better decision making within the AI solution and -team
Tight cooperation with our customers, consumers and interfaces to analyze and understand their challenges and to advise them, and use your technical expertise to improve their processes build in our AI solutions
Implement comprehensible model trainings and validation processes
Exploration of new data sources and their potential for the improvement of models and processes
Use of platform and technologies in the bank and in cloud environments
Collaboration in a cross-functional and agile team
