It's a unique opportunity to build global awareness, expand your professional network, and grow your career in an international setting.You'll be based in Trójmiasto, the Tri-City area of Gdańsk, Sopot, and Gdynia on Poland's Baltic coast. It's a place where you can enjoy a mix of city living and time by the sea. Weekends might mean walking along the beach in Sopot, exploring Gdańsk's old town, or trying out new restaurants in Gdynia.   • Continue living at Noli - in this case, Arla can support you financially with the upfront payment for your extended stay.
  • Rent your own apartment - we'll connect you with trusted English-speaking real estate agents who can help you find the right place.
  • Find a flat with a friend or colleague.
How you will make an impactYour role will help us deliver the high standard of service Arla is known for. Depending on your profile, you'll:
  • Handle customer orders and phone calls in Danish and English
  • Resolve disputes and queries in writing and over the phone
  • Communicate with colleagues from production, warehouse, transport planning, and other areas
  • Support business reporting and customer master data
  • Participate in improvement initiatives and projects
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers
What will make you successful?We're seeking Danish speakers who are motivated to grow their career abroad. You don't need prior customer service experience with full training will be provided. You will bring:
  • Danish (B2/C1+) and English fluency
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • A proactive, positive, and solution-focused approach
  • Willingness to work in shifts (including some weekends and public holidays)
  • Openness to living and working in Gdańsk
