We believe in high autonomy, and we want people who are looking to do things differently in order to create better experiences for our customers.We work in cross-functional teams and are laser focused on increasing the number of active clients we serve to drive sustainable growth.Your role in the TeamAccounting of individual entities according to IFRS, revenue and cost review and reconciliations, tax accounting in line with regulations, management analysis. Working closely with senior members of the wider finance department within IG Group local and overseas offices.What you’ll doYour job will include among others:

Preparation of management and financial accounts, review, and oversight of the monthly results for group entities including
Perform standard bookings and review
Maintaining a strong financial control environment including preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations and controls
Intercompany reconciliation and bookings
Management and coordination of indirect and operational tax related activities if required
Continuous improvement of processes and participation in improvement projects

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in GL/RtR
Educational background - finance and accounting
Very good understanding of financial processes, financial statements and risks related to balance sheet positions
Advanced MS Excel skills
Accuracy, attention to detail and good analytical skills – the ability to seek and resolve daily financial and operational issues while focusing on addressing open issues independently and taking ownership to resolve matters
You need to be a team player who likes to work in an international environment
Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance colleagues and stakeholders as well auditors
Experience in international environment / corporations will be an asset
Self-motivation and organization – the ability to manage your own time and task list effectively
Fluent English
Understanding of Polish GAAP and tax framework is an advantage
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) will be an advantage.
