- Supporting Treasury process owners in documenting their processes, understanding their risks and establishing appropriate controls to manage those risks.
- Understanding non-financial risk framework and tools, and assess them in accordance with the Group's methodology on the standard platform M7.
- Supporting SCB AG Treasury team in meeting all of its governance requirements, monitoring their status and deadlines, and ensuring compliance.
- Conducting an annual review of Policies, Standards, outsourcing obligations, and change management activities.
- serving as the Secretary to the SCB AG Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO).
- Engaging Risk Management and Control.
- Proactively and collaboratively identifying, escalating, mitigating, and resolving risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
- Awareness of a bank treasury function and its role within the wider bank.
- Risk Management and Control: Understanding of Risk Governance framework.
- Regulatory Framework and Requirements: Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the firm operates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to create effective working relationships across stakeholders.
- Displays focused thorough, organised and results-oriented work atitude.
- Eagernes to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
- A commitment to continually improve professional development in their work area.
- A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word (including Styles) and Excel.
