Join us and let's drive the change together by building your career in a variety of retail and consumer services areas!Health and safety specialistYou will have a unique opportunity to be part of the HSE team.Hit the apply button if you have:· Education and work experience to perform the assigned function,· Ability to speak freely and analyze documents and procedures in English B1/B2 (verified during the recruitment interview) and native Polish language· Cause and effect thinking, and bility to perceive risks,· Can-do attitude,· Sound knowledge of HSE regulations and rules, knowledge of regulations on particularly hazardous work,· Ability to work with people at different levels in the organization,· Independence and responsibility for assigned tasks,· Excellent organization of own work,· Driving license cat B,· Availability - readiness for business trips in Poland and abroad,· Additional qualifications like NEBOSH license, fire safety inspector licence, ISO auditor certificate are welcome, but not obligatoryYour scope of responsibilities· Professional scope of activities and duties in accordance with the Decree of the Council of Ministers of September 2, 1997 on occupational safety and health service,· Conducting inspections of working conditions and compliance with occupational safety and health regulations and rules -in offices and field facilities,· Conducting inspections of facilities and infrastructure· Carrying out reports in the area of occupational health and safety,· Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and improving the safety level of employees and contractors at facilities,· Preparing periodic analyses of the state of occupational health and safety,· Creating occupational health and safety standards, documentation, procedures and job instructions,· Advising on the application of regulations and rules of occupational safety and health,· Advising on the selection of the most appropriate collective and personalprotection equipement,· Providing opinions on detailed instructions for occupational health and safety, Safe Work Manuals (Instructions), Occupational Safety and Health Plan, and other,· Participation in determining the circumstances and causes of accidents at work and keeping records in this regard,· Performing occupational risk assessments,· Keeping records, completing and storing documents on occupational accidents, identified occupational diseases and suspected occupational diseases, as well as storing the results of tests and measurements of factors harmful to health in the working environment,· Planning and supervising the implementation of the OSH budget,

Developing training materials, conducting health and safety and specialist training (first aid, fire protection),
