ICT Security Architect (Cybersecurity Architect)

• Develop the organization's cybersecurity architecture to address security and privacy requirements.
• Produce architectural documentation and specifications.
• Present high-level security architecture to stakeholders.
• Establish a secure environment during the development life cycle of systems, services, and/or products.
• Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of cybersecurity components to ensure compliance with cybersecurity specifications.
• Analyze and evaluate the cybersecurity posture of the organization's architecture.
• Assure the security of solution architectures through security reviews.
• Collaborate with key security personnel and other teams to integrate security principles into the architecture.
• Adapt the organization's security architecture to address emerging threats.
• Conduct market evaluations to identify appropriate solutions for business requirements.
• Contribute to defining the security architectural blueprint and integrate new solutions into the existing framework.
• Transition solutions to teams responsible for daily operations.
• Develop and maintain the ICT security strategy.

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of English equal to C1 according to CERF.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in designing ICT software systems.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ICT security system design.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity recommendations and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Initiative and responsibility in assigned tasks.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and guide junior staff.
• Excellent documentation skills, including writing specifications, concept documents, end-user and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders on technical and user requirements.
• Service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

• At least 2 years of experience securing ICT workloads utilizing cloud services from major vendors such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring resilience to attacks while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• At least 2 years of experience in designing security for ICT systems using Microsoft, Unix, virtualization, and network platforms.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity architecture reference models.
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls and solutions.
• Awareness of legal, regulatory, and legislative compliance requirements and best practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity aspects within the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in ArchiMate modeling language specification.
• At least 2 years of experience in designing Disaster Recovery Site (DRS) solutions.
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent.
• CCSP (ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional) or equivalent.
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent.
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or equivalent.
• SABSA Chartered Security Architect - Practitioner Certificate (SCP) or equivalent.
