Tasks· Support the Chief Accountant in the preparation of the annual financial statements according to IFRS and local GAAP, takes an active part in the month-end closing.· Replacement of the chief accountant in duties during the absence.· Coordination of the month-end/quarter/year closing process and the preparation of closing reports, including reporting to the group.· Providing information and documentation to auditors, control authorities, banks, statistical offices, etc.· Obtaining relevant information from public entities and control authorities.· Analyze and implementation company policies, accounting policies, prepares and implements instructions and process descriptions in area of responsibility.· Optimization and improvement of processes and procedures in area of responsibility.Qualifications· Education: higher (major is welcome)· Professional experience: 5 years in finance/accounting· Foreign language: spoken and written advanced English and/or German· Knowledge of computer software: SAP (FI, MM), MS Office especially Excel· Knowledge of accounting, including IFRS, local GAAP and taxes· Operability, good communication skills
