
Customer Service with German

- Solving issues ranging from missing deliveries to payment errors
- Verifying and correctly entering customer data into the system
- Managing orders placed on JET / Liferando to ensure they reach our restaurant partners without complications
- Collaborating with your team, staying motivated, and maintaining regular contact with your leader
- You enjoy customer interactions and have experience in this area
- You’re available for full-time work, including weekends (Our Customer Service employees work 8-hour shifts, including four weekend days)
- You have patience and empathy, making conversations with difficult customers a breeze
- Your English and German skills allow you to communicate effectively with international customers (minimum level B2/C1)
- A full-time employment contract from day one! (contract for 6 months with possibility of extension)
