Overall Purpose of the RoleThe Local Kids Marketing teams are essential to helping grow brand awareness and love for all kids' platforms in the local regions and representing the Kids business to partners and other business lines. Their objective is to drive growth, engage local fans, deliver internal performance, publishing and commercial targets. Working with various internal and external stakeholders to amplify programming, marketing and franchise initiatives and to execute production briefs, scheduling, coordinating approvals and delivery of projects on time, on budget and on scope.The PR & Social Media Coordinator will support the Marketing & PR Manager in executing public relations strategies, managing media and influencer relations, and driving the brand's presence across social media platforms.This hybrid role combines strategic communication with hands-on digital execution, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across earned and owned channels. The role will also support collaboration with partners and affiliates on joint social media and influencer campaigns.Areas of Responsibility
MAJOR ACTIVITIESPR: Assist the Marketing & PR Manager, CEE on the creation of regional communication plans and carry them out in Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Rep. & Slovakia in line with annual EMEA & Local priorities.Maintain relationships with the press, relevant business contacts as well as talent and influencers.Provide ongoing press support around new shows and other Network / EMEA priorities, handling of any media enquiries, assist with localising of press releases, monitor media coverage, coordination of influencer activity and preparation of post campaign reports.Coordinate and give direction to PR agencies in the specific markets.Project Management: Assist the Marketing & PR Manager, CEE to execute the Go To Market and franchise plans for priority IP, ensuring successful delivery of multiplatform campaigns across all touchpoints. Create campaign briefs (ideation and assets) and work in tandem with the internal (and external when necessary) agencies and the production teams to deliver 360 campaigns.Events: Prepare and run key consumer and trade events throughout the year ensuring maximum exposure for the channels/brands and audience tune-ins.Assist with the coordination of local contests and giveaways.Social Media: Collaborate and assist the CEE Digital Manager and CEE Junior Digital Coordinator with content creation, localisation and scheduling across local YouTube and TikTok channels.Leadership and key stakeholder management: Engage with colleagues in wider EMEA Marketing team to align with the overarching strategy. Become a confident brand ambassador within the multiplatform teams as brand and franchise manager. Share best practice ideas across territories.Ad Hoc:
  • Manage and maintain any department databases e.g. Copyright lines, Asset Collation.
  • Various admin tasks such as creating presentations, supplying creating assets.
  • Work with suppliers to produce local premiums, manage the storage and distribution of the premiums.
Areas of AccountabilitySelection criteriaEssential:
  • Excellent written and spoken Polish.
  • Very good English language skills.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in PR & Communications.
  • Strong written and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in briefing and managing agencies.
  • Detail oriented, creative approach, organized.
  • Experience with social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast moving environment with shifting priorites.
Desirable:
  • Entertainment industry experience, preferably including multi-channel TV.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Entrepreneurial in approach.
  • Ideal candidate has a natural passion for animation, cartoons and digital storytelling.
Competency assessment
  • Understanding of the specifics of PR & marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: be able to compare the value / effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Very good Polish & English language skills.
Additional InformationTravel may be required from time to time.
