- Working closely with the Sales Management to build strategy oriented business plans, making sure business is translated accurately and within pricing guidelines to the highest ethical and legal standards
- Development of new business via consultative solutions sales process and building relationships with key decision makers
- Management of customer relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle
- Preparing and presenting professional sales offers
- Resolving customer complaints and developing solutions
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information
- Recommending changes in products, service, and policy
- Participating in marketing events such as trade shows, seminars, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience working as the sales representative for the tyres or agricultural machinery manufacturing industry in the region of Central or/and Southern Poland
- Fluent in English and Polish languages
- Available for extensive business travels
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks
- Able to meet fixed deadlines under pressure, while working within budgets and specific targets
- Team leadership skills - very nice to have.
