- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Export Managers (currently 5 FTE), fostering a high-performance culture and aligning their goals with company strategy
- Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize new market opportunities in Europe and outside the current stronghold. Create and execute strategic plans to enter and grow these markets
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners
- Sales Strategy: Define and implement the export sales strategy in coordination with marketing and product development teams
- Trade Shows & Events: Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions, acting as an ambassador of our brand and design ethos
- Channel Alignment: Work in synergy with the three existing sales channels-showrooms, e-commerce, and B2B - to ensure a consistent brand and sales approach across markets
- Reporting & KPIs: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report on export metrics, growth opportunities, and challenges
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in export sales, preferably in bathroom products or the home & living sector
- Proven track record of expanding into new international markets
- Strong team leadership and people development skills
- Passion for design and an understanding of the premium/lifestyle product market
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - charismatic and persuasive
- Experience participating in and leading trade fair activity
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset
- Willingness to travel internationally
