- Extract, clean, and analyze data from VNDLY and related systems (e.g., Workday, Excel templates).
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports to support workforce planning, spend analysis, and compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with CTS Coordinators, HRIS Analysts, Project Team to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
- Support mass uploads and data migrations using VNDLY templates (e.g., contractor profiles, rate cards, job templates).
- Monitor data quality and proactively identify and correct anomalies.
- Support the global expansion of Vndly implementation
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, including job aids and process flows.
- Participate in project planning and testing activities for VNDLY upgrades and integrations.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support strategic decisions and operational improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a workforce or HRIS environment.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros); experience with SQL or Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity with VNDLY, Workday, or similar VMS/HRIS platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with contingent workforce programs or vendor management systems.
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy considerations in workforce data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
