
Digital Assets Management Specialist -Fixed Term (15 months replacement)

- Identification of the required technical assets to support product launches, supported by Product Management and Central Marketing
- Collection of the technical assets from the different data sources within the company (Technical Documentation, Engineering, Category Management). Quality and completeness check of the received data. Ensure correct versioning, naming convention and formats
- Load the documents to SAP with the required document specifications (languages, confidentiality, characteristics etc.)
- Coordinating interface between requesters and owners of technical assets
- Support in updating daily, monthly or on demand document reports.
- Bachelor`s degree or similar
- A passion for correct data and assets
- Structured, reliable, precise working style
- Microsoft Office Suite, advanced knowledge of Excel is welcome
- Experience in working with SAP is a plus
- Working experience in digital asset management or product information management related tasks is an advantage
- Team player with strong communication
- English (high level written & oral - CEF level: B2 - C1)
Flexible working hours (starting between 7am-9am) and home office up to 3 days in a week
