You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and maturity of items under configuration control while driving change management processes that align with Alstom's global standards. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, supply chain, industrialization, and more), lead change boards, and ensure compliance with Development for Quality (DfQ) gates.You'll specifically take care of establishing and executing Configuration Management Plans and Change Management processes, but also provide guidance and training to project/program teams on CCM procedures and tools.We'll look to you for:Leading Configuration and Change Management (CCM) activities within a project/program.Applying CCM procedures, instructions, and templates and ensuring team members are trained to use them effectively.Establishing Configuration Management Plans with clear roles and responsibilities.Ensuring the application of CCM tools and managing access rights.Escalating risks/issues related to CCM and reporting on performance indicators.Executing Development for Quality (DfQ) gates for CCM deliverables.Managing a team of Configuration and Change Managers, when applicable.Performing Configuration Management activities, such as preparing Configuration Strategies, ensuring product consistency, and conducting Configuration Audits.Executing Change Management activities, including organizing and leading Change Boards, monitoring Change Requests, and facilitating event management.Providing lessons learned (REX) and contributing to training material development.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
