Managing orders for promotional materials and products in SAP.
Monitoring deliveries, updating systems, and resolving logistical issues.
Preparing daily reports on orders, deliveries, and inventory status.
Coordinating inventory allocation for athletes and events, ensuring timely dispatch.
Supporting the team with occasional presentations and administrative tasks.

Key Relationships:

Internal: Sports Marketing, Customer Fulfillment, Warehousing, Finance.
External: Logistics providers.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) - advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
Fluent English & Polish
Good communication and time management skills
Orientation to detail

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University student of business or physical education studies (2nd - 4th year)
